July and August are the busiest months in Prince Edward Island
We strongly recommend you book
your accommodations as soon as possible, to avoid disappointment.
A concurent conference is taking place at the same time as CIAA 2018,
so please make your reservation ASAP.
A block of rooms has been held in reserve for CIAA2018 attendees in UPEI's Residencies located on the University campus; rates are very reasonable. For all the other hotels listed here, we have obtained special rates, but did not have any rooms held in reserve (as this would increase the price for you, the attendee). However, instructions are provided for claiming these special rates when making your reservations.

Each attendee is responsible for their own room reservation - the CIAA2018 Organizing Committee cannot make reservations on your behalf. However, if you have any difficulties in communicating with any hotel, we will be pleased to assist you in doing so.

Please note that most accommodations on Prince Edward Island do not
permit smoking in rooms, restaurants, or any other indoor facility -
this is a law in Charlottetown, in fact. If you smoke in a non-smoking
room, you are subject to an automatic cleaning and deodorizing service
fee which usually costs about CDN$150.00. You are free to smoke outside
the building, however.
